Asking for a review prior to receiving the item stings

We keep receiving review requests and have not received our order. It only reminds me that I still have not received my order.

Once again my sincere apologies for the delay of your package, I have been hounding the courier company daily and as previously mentioned - I will fully refund your order if it is not located by the end of the week.
Your free tee has landed in Canada, so that won't be far away.
Unfortunately at times we are at the mercy of delivery partners and when an item is delayed or lost this impacts the customer experience as well as our brand, so I certainly feel your pain.
This is not the experience we want you to have and we are doing all we can to remedy the situation.
